eCPM

eCPM, or effective cost per mille, is an advertising metric showing the effective amount paid or earned for every 1,000 ad impressions, calculated from total spending or revenue rather than from a stated CPM rate.

In plain English

It expresses ad value as a normalized amount for each block of 1,000 times an ad is shown. The figure is worked out from what was actually spent or actually earned overall, instead of using a quoted per-1,000 price.

In context

In the creator revenue chart, eCPM labels the metric that reports the effective amount earned for every 1,000 ad impressions.
